What to expect when remodeling a bathroom? 

Being comfortable with your bathroom remodeling is our first priority.  Right on the first meeting the picture is going to be clear. First, a designer will create a 3D design to visual the complete look of your new bathroom. Our designers are proficient within the construction industry for many years. At this point you will be able to decide, areas, floorplan, what options you have for your tub/shower, layout, materials for tile, flooring, a vanity etc.

If architect services are needed, their process starts here. 

Permits are submitted and there is going to be city inspections are going to take place several times, during the renovation and on final.

The demolition takes between 1-3 days in accordance to the size and complexity of the project. Our demo crew is fast and clean. Every piece of debris is hauled away to be recycled or junked. 

Plumbing (copper) and electricity (recess, GFI) are being set and upgraded.

Set up the framing to the shower/tub area.

Hot-mop and Drywall.

Flooring, Tile, vanity, toilet, bath and features are being installed

Patch and paint.
